At 5K BBQ, we serve wood-fired smoked meats, authentic southern sides, and soul-filled hospitality. As a Christian-owned food truck ministry, we serve incredible food while also serving our community — feeding people physically and spiritually.

A Good Meal Brings People Dignity

The phrase that started it all. In July of 2023 God laid these 6 words on our hearts and over the next few months it became evident what He was calling us to do. A food truck ministry to feed people in need both physically and spiritually through great food and the Gospel. Through obedience we are selling food 4 days a week to fund the ministry. We also will be serving the community in need by partnering with churches 1 or 2 days a week as needed. This allows us to never have to turn down the opportunity to partner with a church due to donations being low.

What types of meats do you smoke?

We feature a selection of true hardwood smoked meats, including brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage, and chicken. We use only seasoned, split hardwoods. No charcoal, wood chips, or pellets used here.

Are your sides made from scratch?

Yes, our southern sides are made in-house along with our sauces and rubs from proprietary recipes, ensuring fresh and flavorful dishes every day.
